According to the EIA’s Weekly Petroleum Status Report, daily ethanol production continues to soar as it hit the fifth highest rate on record. For the first time in four weeks ethanol production did not hit an all time high, as it came in at 972,000 barrels per day, 20,000 b/d below last weeks rate.
