Jason has spent nearly 30 years working with hemp and other bast fibres and has hands-on experience in all aspects of the value chain.   He has worked directly with hemp and flax farmers around the world, installed and commissioned 4 decortication/fibre refining lines, owned a bast fibre wet processing facility and commercialized products containing bast fibres with several global consumer products companies.  Jason has filed multiple patents relating to the production and use of bast fibres in next-to-skin applications including textiles and single-use wipes.
