DAILY ANIMAL FATS COMMENTARY

As was anticipated it was a slow day in the market.  One buyer did find a couple of reseller packer BFT cars to ship W/O 1/5/2015 at 29 cts. Chicago to trade, but that is all that was discovered to have taken place in the market place. 

Broiler-fryer slaughter under federal inspection for 02-Jan-15 and 03-Jan-15 is estimated to be 40,235,000 head down 5.76 percent from a week ago and up 2.9 percent from a year ago….
