The US market calmed down last week with steer hides trading around steady with brands under performing natives and butts. The cow market was still firmer on tighter supply with a few suppliers reporting price increases of a dollar or two. HTS traded around $96 with a few trades a couple dollars higher and lower. Butts continued to be the most popular steer selection, selling as high as $105 but most trading in the range of $101 to $103…
