Some of the Asian buyers are starting to wind down for the Chinese New Year holiday which officially starts February 18 and goes through February 24.

A few US suppliers are starting to put out fairly small offers with prices from steady to $0.50-$1 higher. So far, inquiries and bids are few and far between with buyers just starting to test the water.

The market was relatively quiet today…
