Slaughter remains at good levels.

There are tanneries lowering their activity level due to lack of business, creating more supply than demand. Prices:  Prices are beginning to fall. Buenos Aires wet salted steers are trading at around $1.40-$1.45 per kg. Automotive:  Auto upholstery is adjusting firm in volume but prices are down. Footwear:  Very little turnover.
