The slaughter continues at at a strong pace with supply outpacing demand.  Some tanneries are lowering their weekly buying, which adds more hides to the market supply each passing week. Prices are believed to continue the downward trend, depending also on the currency evolution. Buenos Aires wet salted steers would be trading at around $1.35/kilo.
