There were some positive signs for suppliers this week with the market beginning to show a little resiliency. A number of sources noted bid volume was up and while a number of selections reported down $2 to $3, prices seemed to level off and held a little better. Many reports of buyers demanding that prices be lowered on old shipments with a take-it-or-leave-it attitude still abound.
