The US hide market showed more signs of stability last week with prices holding on much of the steer selections. Packer HTS traded for $60 to $63, BBS from $67 to $69 and HNS from $70 to $72 FOB plant. Several suppliers noted that there was a good amount of interest in steer hides and some reported doing a fair amount of business.
