Last week there was a sharp price increase for several selections on Wednesday ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday. Included were packer BS and HTS at $62 and $63 respectively and NHNDC and HNDS at $57 and $76.50 respectively. As expected, the overall volume for the week was below normal, but Friday’s USDA export sales report shows the proceeding week’s sales and shipment above average.
