The US hide market is still quiet at midweek with a few buyers bidding lower prices and producers trying to hang onto steady levels. HTS were offered by some suppliers at $68 to $69, C&F China and buyers countered for a little less. While trading has been light, a few packer HTS have sold for $60 to $61, BBS for $69 to $70 and BS for $55 FOB plant.
