The US hide market has not had any surprises this week with travelers beginning to meet with customers ahead of the APLF. While not everyone is there yet, early reports suggest there has not been many hides traded nor any movement with pricing. A few tanners in Asia have told suppliers they are waiting until the show next week before they buy.
