Market Activity

There was very little action in the fat market today. Sources reported good interest for June material from oleochemical, but there weren’t any volumes disclosed as this was more of a reflection of the week on a quiet Friday. Both the YG and CWG markets were steady, but sources have reported that material in the NE is getting heavy. It wouldn’t be surprising to see that market consolidate towards the bottom end of the range over the next couple of weeks.
