Feathermeal out of the Mid South market finished the month of March up $7.95 from February, but the pace of increase did not keep up with the higher soybean meal values. The relative price of Mid South feathermeal to soybean meal fell to 92 percent, the lowest March relative price since the 77 percent in 2004, which was related to the avian flu outbreak.
