Hemp was routinely mistaken for MJ during the 2019 growing season. Thieves and professional law enforcement alike cannot distinguish hemp from high-THC MJ. That technical issue has yet to be solved on a national level for law enforcement, the ability to determine whether it is high cannabinoid hemp or THC.
