Despite the pandemic, the Argentine Beef Promotion Institute (IPCVA) continues to promote Argentine beef in China with the aim of keeping one of the most important markets for the country’s exports active.

“We come from years of making an enormous effort to increase exports, at first, and then to position ourselves as suppliers of quality beef,” said Ulises Forte, President of the IPCVA. “And that work paid off, not only because China has become our main buyer in recent years, but also because after the first impact of the pandemic it recomposed purchases,” he added.
