USDA Cured Hide and Wet Blue Export Sales Recap
For week ending August 6, export sales for 2020 marketing year increased 35 percent to 554,377 from 410,325 and shipments decreased 10 percent to 565,692 from 631,575. Sales for marketing year 2020 totaled 16,321,974—mostly all hides. The average year-to-date weekly trends for federally inspected slaughter were 595,154, total export sales were 510,062 and total export shipments were 503,635.
