USDA Cured Hide and Wet Blue Export Sales Recap
For week ending August 13, export sales for 2020 marketing year increased 62 percent to 899,474 from 554,377 and shipments decreased 1 percent to 562,608 from 565,692. Sales for marketing year 2020 totaled 17,221,448—mostly all hides. The average year-to-date weekly trends for federally inspected slaughter were 596,513, total export sales were 521,862 and total export shipments were 505,422.
