OSU Field Day and the Need for More Research

Many aspects of the hemp industry are developing rapidly, with the brisk pace to continue for some time.  Regulatory issues are high gravity influences on hemp markets, but other aspects of market and supply chain development have significant impacts on hemp wholesale markets and hemp prices.  Yesterday we discussed some of the impacts of underdeveloped hemp genetics, demonstrating that challenges in the field start at sowing, regardless of subsequent environmental influences or management.
