State CBD Laws to Grow Demand

The increasing number of states that have explicitly allowed for CBD in food and beverages will buoy demand for CBD isolate, but it will be a while before demand is sufficient to influence hemp prices.   New York’s rules allow for a maximum 25 mg of CBD per serving, a “low and slow” approach to start.  New York City banned CBD in food and beverage last year city wide, though this did not entirely curtail the practice.  Florida does not have a maximum daily serving size that we are aware of, for
