Hemp flower prices have trended lower since harvest, but a lack of standards continues to create limitations for pricing hemp flower and Certified Organic hemp flower.  The very best flower will continue to sell well above our pricing, which is for machine trimmed flower over 1” conforming to typical characteristics like color, smell, density, and trim level.  

Major cannabis producing states including California, Colorado, and Oregon all experienced wildfires and extreme weather in 2020.  The impacts on supply still aren’t evident several months after harvest, besides the fact that some producers have chosen to destroy some ash laden smoky crop, particularly from the Front Range in Colorado, where a subsequent snow took a toll.  Other areas were also contaminated, and it will be up to individual producers to make a call.  This is problematic, though full panel COA’s…
