Policy Uncertainty Persists

The Biden/Harris administration has wasted little time in developing executive action to address the major points outlined in their campaign platform.  Everyone in cannabis markets looks to read the tea leaves around the many new players operating the federal government.  Whether the new administration takes any decisive action on overall cannabis policy is widely debated, but we do not expect movement there in the near term.  There are just too many fires to put out. 

Assuming Merrick Garland is confirmed at yet-to-be scheduled confirmation hearings, we could see something like the 2013 MJ friendly
