Market momentum continues to be driven by flower and CBD isolate for ∆8 conversion, the latter being a tenuous position for many operators.  Policy isn’t quite clear on this, and even though you will hear some thought leaders insist that ∆8 is legal, that does not mean that everyone has the risk tolerance to trade in this gray market.  Proving you are right can be very, very expensive, and ultimately ruinous.
