Organic wheat prices have been moving up in tandem with organic corn, and the lack of availability has made activity scarce. Most merchandisers appear to be focused on the issues related to organic soybean and organic soybean meal prices. This lack of attention has helped organic feed wheat and organic corn prices to creep higher slowly. Organic corn prices in the mid-west are slightly above $8, and prices on the east coast are trading near $10.
