 the prospect of states charting their own course with hempseed policy.  This was unavoidable from our perspective, and not surprising.  Hemp markets have been well out ahead of policy, once the pivotal 2018 Farm Bill opened the floodgates to hemp markets, creating enormous oversupply and the subsequent collapse of cannabinoid hemp prices.
