Organic corn prices are stable, and there does not yet seem to be any impact from the Pipeline Foods Bankruptcy. As a reminder, the first hearing on the Pipeline Foods Bankruptcy is scheduled for 7/14/21. It’s unlikely that any questions related to forward contracts and the ability of buyers to collect or sellers to reject will be answered tomorrow. Organic corn prices in the mid-west are between $9 and $9.30 delivered, while prices in California remain bid near $425 per short ton. Corn on the east coast and corn in Texas remain near similar levels.
