A trio of Senators comprised of Chuck Schumer (D-NY), Cory Booker (D-NJ) and Ron Wyden (D-OR) released their long-awaited legislation aimed at decriminalizing MJ.  The document is a “discussion draft”, indicating to industry stakeholders that the bill has failed to gain traction in the background, where legislation is often hammered out in broad strokes.
