Hide offers from the packers will go out tonight and trading has been limited the first half of this week. Packers have limited volume of hides so offers are expected to be small. Demand for material is strong from buyers, but at a steady purchase price. Negotiations to raise prices will continue into this week, but buyers continue to express resistance to the higher prices.
