The hemp fiber segment is in a rapid growth phase, in terms of participants and stakeholders.  Akin to an adolescent’s feet outgrowing their body, this emerging industry requires some maturing to normalize markets.   

Similar marketing elements seen in the ramp up of CBD production in 2019 characterize the hemp fiber segment, where those with financial interests in ancillary industries see unlimited opportunities for farmers.   

Which may be true, at least eventually.  Risk will be significant for the early entrants.
