Hemp Flower in Texas

Like most states policymaking on the fly for hemp, Texas has had its fair share of challenges.  Notably, hemp flower has made the most waves for legislators and law enforcement.  All states, particularly those with nascent cannabis programs, medical or otherwise – or those with none at all – have been forced to address the federally legal product that is virtually identical to MJ: hemp flower.     

European markets were more developed in 2019, when federal law here in the US first allowed for hemp production nationwide.  Switzerland had a healthy craving for Oregon grown hemp flower, and a 1% THC limit to go along with it.   Export complications were circumvented via private jet, where only recently have we heard of
