Six cars of choice white grease traded higher on a Chicago basis this afternoon. Trading was higher out of the Indiana market as well and there is risk for Mo. River prices to move higher in the short term due to the higher prices into Chicago and out of the Indiana market. Indications for choice white grease into the Gulf were strong as well, which also adds upside risk to the market. 

Distillers corn oil prices traded in a wide range this afternoon with some material traded as high as 65 FOB River. Poultry fat traded higher out of a number of markets as well. 

Sources indicated tightness in the renderer BFT market which adds continued risk to that market for higher prices. Spot availability is extremely limited and buyers needing to secure material may have to pay a higher price in the short term. Prices have…
