High Wet Blue Inventories Globally

High Wet Blue Inventories Globally

The week ended with steer and cow prices trading close to steady as there wasn’t significant change to hide demand this week. Trading was active for low quality cured material as demand from China picked up this week due to the attractive low prices. The wet blue market remains dismal, and some sellers have moved large volumes of material at very low levels. Some sellers stated the inventories continue to pile up in the US, European Union, Asia, and South America.
Sellers expect minimal trading over the weekend.
