UCO Trends Higher This Week Despite Nearby Demand Concerns

Trading was mostly quiet today. There was trading consistent with the previous high into the Gulf for UCO and distiller’s corn oil (DCO) did have pockets of activity at lower prices. Sources reported bids into the Gulf for DCO at 70 cts/lb and at 64 cts/lb for UCO, but as of press time there was no confirmed trading at these levels. Trading was done into the Gulf at 65 cts/lb on UCO.
