Appeals Court Strikes Down EPA’s Denial of SREs

The U.S. Hemp Roundtable, an industry group promoting regulated use of cannabinoids in dietary supplements, held its second annual fall fly-in last week to promote legislative priorities for the segment. Jonathan Miller, General Counsel at the US Hemp Roundtable was joined by representatives from dietary supplement organizations and companies, including:
