Nebraska Targets Delta-8 THC Retailers

States continue to take drastic action on hemp derived cannabinoids.  Nebraska’s attorney general filed a host of consumer protection lawsuits against delta-8 THC retailers in 10 Nebraska counties. 

In August, law enforcement in Lancaster and Sarpy County raided dispensaries and seized documents and products deemed non-compliant.  Both the Sarpy County Sheriffs Dept and the Lincoln Police Department contend many products on store shelves exceed THC content of 15%.
