Organic Imports a Key Concern for Stakeholders

Organic feed markets will continue to rely on demand generated at the grocery for organic animal proteins.  Discussions at the Unconventional Ag conference in Dallas this week invariably turn to whether there is support for organic corn prices going forward.

Some believe that CPG brands should purchase certified organic product rather than other categories that represent a host of social issues like fair trade and carbon neutralality.  This is most relevant in imports, where market stakeholders fear there is the most ground to lose.
