The market is unclear while regulations are not set in place yet by the newly elected government.
There was a 100 percent currency devaluation, but export withholdings increased.
Rawhide prices increased ten percent, but hides are cheaper in terms of the US dollar.
This week slaughter fell while many producers did not liquidate animals and several slaughterhouses reduced their slaughter between 20 and 40 percent.
There are less available hides offered at higher prices than the weeks prior.
The current economic environment is unstable, and it is unclear how the coming days will play out.
Hides sales are calm and stable.

Slaughter totaled 1.19 million heads in November, the same quantity as last October and November 2022.
