Market outlook is uncertain due to a lack of clarity surrounding the new economic rules with the new government. This week, the government sent hundreds of new economic rules to Parliament. Parliament began discussing the new rules on Wednesday 24th. This provoked a half a day strike, which among other issues, affected the slaughter.
Midweek, the US Dollar currency devalued against the Brazilian Real but has since returned to exchange rate levels from the start of the week.
