Animal Proteins – International 21.03.24

Most values on the international front remained within the previously set ranges from last week. Slight adjustments were indicated in New Zealand, China, and Indonesia for meat and bonemeal. Market sources said this is attributed to lower soybean meal prices, lack of demand from domestic markets, and delays still in Vietnam and Indonesia. New Zealand’s 45 pro meat and bonemeal was reported at NZ$620-650 ($384-403) per tonne, while 50 pro was within NZ$700-730 ($434-453) per tonne.

China was reported as low as US$485/tonne, while Indonesia was as low as US$490/tonne.
