Tables 1 and 2 below show the total outstanding cured hide and wet blue export sales by selected countries through July 4. Through Week 27, the total outstanding sales are 4.863 million from 4.762 million the prior week. With the same period average weekly slaughter at 587,125 head, the cumulative outstanding sales represent 8.28 weeks of production from 8.11 the previous week.
