The market still is paying 2 Arg. pesos per kg for raw fresh hides. 

Good quality Buenos Aires wet salted heavy steers prices remain quoting at about US$0.04 per kg. 

Many European are concerned about the recent pandemic outbreaks and the weak demand. Tanneries continue to work at 25-30% of their capacity, with low semi-finished leather prices.
