Market Evolution

Historically – at least in its most recent incarnation – the hemp industry has thrived in areas with progressive hemp policy.  Colorado and Kentucky are noteworthy in the recent history of the crop, both having identified hemp as a legislative issue well before the 2014 Pilot Program debut.  Oregon
