Organic Soybean Meal Prices Will Continue to Trend Higher

 

Organic soybean meal prices remain red hot, and there will not be any let-up to the upward pressure on prices in the near term. At the same time, prices might consolidate but are more likely to continue to rise as record demand faces a supply chain disruption. Organic soybean meal prices in the mid-West are trading between $1,450 and $1,550. Soybean prices are rising, and higher organic soybean meal prices provide a further upward trajectory to our forecast. Organic corn prices are also buoyed. Mid-west organic corn prices are trading at $9, delivered, and increased toward the $12 on the West Coast.
