ADM Prepares for Renewable Diesel Surge

 

ADM Q2 Earnings Call

Juan Luciano, Chairman and CEO of Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) made it clear during the company’s second quarter earnings call that he sees ample opportunity to grow ADM’s business by supplying as much soybean oil and distillers corn oil as possible to meet the coming onslaught of renewable diesel (RD) feedstock demand that is expected to occur over the next couple of years. North America RD capacity could grow from just over 500 mmgy in 2020 to nearly 5.6 billion gallons in 2025.
