in the US.  We’ve long advocated for increased data collection by the USDA and included this in our feedback to the USDA’s Interim Final Rule (IFR) during the federal register’s open comment period.   Given the USDA’s key role in US hemp policy, we believed they were in the ideal position to survey hemp growers, and we advocated for data collection to be included in the IFR.
