– is the result of a transatlantic shipment of hemp flower that was seized by US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) last year. 

The product originated in Oregon, where We CBD was operating.   The crew made a planned stop at Charlotte Douglas International where they were confronted by CBP who characterized the shipment as ‘drug smuggling’.  It isn’t clear what the results of laboratory analysis were, but we’re confident that the lack of clarity around testing procedures will be a key part of any litigation.
