The leather market remains the same as the week prior. Slaughter continues low, feedlots are empty and there are limted animals available.

Although there is not much demand, prices increased by one Arg.peso per green fresh kg. 

Good quality Buenos Aires wet salted Steer prices are also quoting upwards at about US$0.90 per kg.

Demand for semi-finished leather for footwear and cars remains low but stable to the week prior.

Slaughter is expected to pick up in March and the world is expected to begin re-establishing their economies in the next quarter.
