Trading was quiet this afternoon with no changes reported. Buyers and sellers indicated steady trading in ruminant MBM market today. Soybean meal futures were marginally higher today after settling lower over the last four trading sessions. Despite the lower soybean meal futures market trading steadily lower since mid-November, animal proteins remain very well valued on a protein comparison basis.
