SAFER Banking Act Progresses

Hemp advocacy organization U.S. Hemp Roundtable reports that the Safe and Fair Enforcement Regulation (SAFER) Banking Act may be set for a breakthrough.  Rep Blaine Luetkemeyer (R-MO) told Politico this week that legislators have worked on SAFER Banking for the last 6 months.
