THCA markets are garnering more attention from state lawmakers, as the trend to eliminate loopholes in the 2018 Farm Bill sweeps through state legislatures. States are taking various approaches to policymaking for hemp and cannabis, and we have yet to see all of them.
Connecticut’s attorney general William Tong sued five stores last year for selling delta-8 THC. In January, the AG’s office sent a cease-and-desist letter to organizers of an event that would purportedly feature unlicensed cannabis.
